Keep taking my money when I cancelled months ago
I cancelled the same day and they keep taking my money, and nobody seems to give a *** They refuse to give money back. It's a joke.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. If you want to scam someone, do it to someone else.
I need my *** money. Hope you go bankrupt or someone takes all your money and you're left on the *** street.

I canceled my free subscription before it was even up. But yet they charged me $40 dollars and are saying I didnt cancel my subscription in time.
But he said on jun 11 that he is going to refund me back the $40 and remember that is what he said on jun 11th. Well it is now July 19 and I still havent received my refund yet and I send him emails after emails and all I get back in a email is thank you for your request someone will be in touch with you when we can.
I am sick and tired of being pushed to the end of the line. They can go *** them selfs.

Unauthorized charges for 2 years
I recently began reviewing my credit card statements for in the past I wasn't getting them due to postal strike, I tried to get an online statement for awhile but it would not work.I would call the credit card each month and pay the amount owing. I use one credit card for all my purchases and never for online subscriptions.I noticed a charge on my statement which I didn't know of ,it was from SeekHD ..I had no idea what it was so I googled it ,turned out to be a reverse phone number lookup site.I have never used a site nor would I need to look up any phone numbers .I called the credit card and they advised me to contact seekhd .I did and asked for a full refund ,they did refund me just over $40 ,but the amount they've scammed me for was over $900 .I've tried to get ahold of the company daily with no luck .Also my last email to them has not had a reply .I managed to call the company and through an AI I canceled any subscription that are coming off of my credit card .I am still trying to get ahold of SeekHD and I will stop at nothing until they refund me the entire amounts as I have not used this site/app ever !!!

I didn't sign up for a subscription or a trial. I didn't even finish getting the info I wanted because there was a charge for it when your ad said it was free.
I have screen shots of all of this, so please quit trying to draw money from my account. I have contacted my bank and told them not to pay you anything.
Because when I did give you this info, I was supposed to get my info and didn't get it yet you charged me $0.50 twice then scammed me into a subscription after I didn't even receive the info I was looking for. Don't keep trying to charge me for something you didn't come through with in the first place.

I looked into seekHD but ultimately decided I did not want their services and cancelled but they are continuing their death by a thousand paper cuts strategy and bleeding $.50 out of my account every month.

I contacted them with a text message telling them to stop and next I contacted the fraud division at my CU. This ends today.

The card was debited and I want my refund because I cancelled the subscription by email and phone. Nothing happened. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this issue!

The search never worked and the site looks like they built it in one day. It's a scam. Don't buy it, do not use this.

SCAMMERS
I canceled my subscription in February 2025, they kept taking 30$ almost 6 times a month, I calked the bank they said to change my debit the withdrawals are made from the card connected to my chequeing acc...I did confirm with Seek HD, that I did cancel in Feb and now in April 2025 another $30 taken from my acc, they said to send the dates and amounts to them for refund ...bull , I did that a generic message kept appearing no one is there to take to STAY AWAY SCAMMERS!!!
