I've cancelled my subscription and yet, I was charged last month. Moreover, I got charged again today.
They didn't cancel it. I didn't speak to anyone, only received some emails. This isn't correct.
They charged me $24.95 for some services that didn't work or provide correct information. This is nonsense and it needs to stop already.

Can I just get a phone call it's too long it's been going on since August I've had a dispute going I have been trying to figure out why you keep taking $16.88 for a membership I don't have please let me know if you can find the $16.88 the merchant refunded one time and my bank took that credit back please let me know what's up

I'd concel this subscription, during the free trial, you took my funds from my credit card 26.95 and 16.88, within a few days I'm going to inform the Attorney General office about this unsatisfied product you are selling, and file a complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Charged without consent
Some kind of way my credit card ended up on your website. I did not authorize this transaction of six different transactions and I would like my money put back into my account asap.

I have never seen such an unorganized and unethical website before. Apparently, when you pay once, you get charged three times.

Why am I being transferred to a PayPal screen and asking to pay $2 when I asked what seek provides and why have I been charged four times for a service I did not sign up for when I already suspect unauthorized purchases from my account why would I give my information to a connecting site for PayPal

Company sucks tried cancelling before free trial was up evidently was ignored took money out of my account and are still trying to take money out of my account
They're still trying to take money off of my card it's so bad I had to cancel that card and get a new one it's a bunch of *** I've tried to cancel the membership numerous times every time I try to submit it it rejects it have even tried to get a phone number to talk to a live person just get automated and a run around
Didn't cancel my free trial subscription like I asked and was charged and are still trying to take money from my account why is this company still attempting to take money from my account I've tried to cancel this 3 times now quit ignoring my request and cancel the membership and give me my money that was taken from me and quit attempting to take more

To the charges. Stop handing out your card information and this can be avoided.
That's not the problem here. You cancel your subscription and they continue to steal funds from your account. Besides that they give you zero useful information you did agree to pay.
